With nearly 300 alumni representing over 130 institutions, the Johns Hopkins Medicine Philanthropy Institute has built a powerful network of healthcare philanthropy leaders across the country and beyond. Our alumni continue to drive transformational change in their institutions, applying the insights and strategies gained through JHMPI. This growing community provides valuable connections, ongoing learning opportunities, and a shared commitment to excellence in fundraising.
The JHMPI Alumni Summit held each summer is a unique opportunity for past participants to reconnect with fellow alumni, exchange insights, and rekindle the spirit of collaboration that defines our community. Above that, it’s also a chance to engage in an intensive curriculum designed to challenge you and take your medical philanthropy leadership to the next level. Through expert-led sessions, peer-to-peer learning, and interactive panels with the current Summer Institute cohort, alumni explore topics such as grateful patient fundraising, data-driven decision-making, talent development, and transformational giving. The summit fosters collaboration, strengthens professional networks, and provides valuable perspectives on leadership in the field.
